RUMI LIGHT Selected for U.S. Accelerator Program “Q-Branch J-STAR”
RUMI LIGHT Inc. was selected to participate in the Q-Branch Commercial × Government Accelerator Program (J-STAR), a U.S.-focused accelerator program conducted in collaboration with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) to connect Japanese advanced-technology startups with U.S. government and commercial markets.
During the Q-Branch program, RUMI LIGHT presented its high-speed interconnect technology to companies and organizations in the United States, highlighting its potential applications in next-generation AI servers, semiconductor systems, and other high-bandwidth data transmission environments.
As part of the program, RUMI LIGHT participated in GSIX 2026, held in Austin, Texas from August 17 to 22, 2026, as well as Fed Supernova 2026, held from August 18 to 20.
Fed Supernova, organized by Capital Factory, is a U.S. defense innovation event that brings together government and defense organizations, companies, startups, and investors. The event focuses on connecting commercial technologies with government needs and accelerating the application of dual-use technologies in defense and national security.
Through Q-Branch, GSIX, and Fed Supernova, RUMI LIGHT introduced its technology to stakeholders across the U.S. government, defense, and commercial technology sectors while gaining further insight into the needs and potential applications of next-generation high-speed data transmission technologies in the U.S. market.
RUMI LIGHT is developing high-speed interconnect technologies to support the high-bandwidth data transmission required by next-generation AI servers and semiconductor systems. Beyond AI and semiconductors, we are also exploring applications in fields such as space and defense, where both high-speed transmission and high reliability are critical.
Moving forward, RUMI LIGHT will continue advancing the commercialization of its technology while building partnerships in the United States and other global markets.
