Smart City Summit & Expo 2026: Showcasing DataFlux in Taipei

From March 17 to 20, 2026, RUMI LIGHT exhibited at Smart City Summit & Expo 2026 (SCSE 2026) in Taipei, Taiwan, one of the world’s largest smart city exhibitions.

RUMI LIGHT was selected as one of the companies recruited by Fukuoka City to participate in SCSE 2026, joining Fukuoka City and four other selected companies in Taipei. Each company operated its own booth, providing opportunities to showcase its technologies and products and connect with potential business partners from overseas.

Smart City Summit & Expo is an international exhibition that brings together city representatives, companies, startups, government organizations, and other participants from around the world to showcase emerging technologies and solutions for smart cities and urban infrastructure. The 2026 Taipei edition was held at Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 2 (TaiNEX 2) under the theme “Digital and Green Transformation,” covering areas such as AI, IoT, smart mobility, smart governance, energy, and net-zero technologies.

At the RUMI LIGHT booth, we introduced DataFlux, our high-speed data transmission technology. As AI, IoT, and other data-intensive technologies continue to expand, we presented DataFlux and its potential applications from the perspective of high-speed data transmission.

Throughout the event, we connected with companies, startups, and city and government representatives from Taiwan and other countries, discussing potential applications of DataFlux, future technology partnerships, and opportunities for international expansion.

Across its Taipei and Kaohsiung editions, SCSE 2026 welcomed approximately 160,000 visitors, with delegations from 53 countries and regions and 174 cities, as well as more than 3,000 international business participants. As the adoption of AI and digital technologies in smart cities continues to accelerate globally, the event provided RUMI LIGHT with a valuable opportunity to introduce the potential of DataFlux to an international audience.

Moving forward, RUMI LIGHT will continue to advance DataFlux while expanding collaboration with companies and partners in Japan and overseas, exploring new applications and business opportunities for high-speed data transmission technology.
